Tuesday’s Thoughts on Scripture comes from the Gospel of Luke, chapter 2, verses 9-11. And who to say it better than Charles Schulz through his “Peanuts” character, Linus:
A story goes that Mr. Schulz would only agree to the movie, “A Charlie Brown Christmas,” if this message from the heavenly host to the shepherds living in the fields would be included. Jesus the Christ is, after all, the “reason for the season.”
