From one type of council meeting, to another. From Synod Council that focuses on dozens of congregations that make up the entire synod, to the congregation council that focuses on our single congregation. Today we spent some extra time meeting, getting to know one another, and thinking about the year ahead.
I borrowed the question from the Synod Council’s worship (see Day #2243): what gift do each of us bring to the table? No surprise, there were several mentioned that complement one another. So not only do these folks bring their gifts to the table, they are gifts. Each one! And I am looking forward to another year.
