The words for the day - a full heart! When one of the really little ones came to the communion rail at worship, they were mimicking what they saw their adults doing - raising their little hands up to receive the bread. As I bent to give this little one a blessing, I was nearly brought to tears at what they are learning without them even realizing it.
Yes, little one, receive God’s love, grace and mercy with open hands and heart. As we all are invited to do!!
