From the d365 daily devotion came these words: “God offers us unconditional love. Sometimes we need to walk through our own repentance in order to receive it.”
The Gospel reading for Sunday, March 6th, is the parable of the prodigal son. It is probably the most well-known - and most genius - parable, in my humble opinion. There are dozens of ways to identify and learn from this story, but these words from d365 remind me that sometimes we do have to endure tough times in order to believe and accept that God’s love is unconditional, ever-available, ever-present. But when we do realize, and receive it...WOW!!!
