These words were written by Father Richard Rohr from his daily meditation thoughts. They gave me pause and much to ponder: “Happiness is an inside job. When we expect to find happiness outside of ourselves, we are always disappointed.”
From where does true happiness come? Is there a difference between happiness and joy? Should we expect to always "be happy?" Certainly lots to think about.
