The word for the day - thankful! For those who do what they say they will.
It seems in this time, it is difficult to get contractors/service folks to follow through with their promises. Today someone took the time to talk with me about an urgent need, come and take a look at the issue, and then get back with me with what can be done and the costs.
WOW! Doing what you said you would! Thank you! Thank you more than I can say!

PS They are not the only company who has done what they said they would. We have actually been very fortunate with the folks we have recently hired. And you are ALL appreciated.
