I love the things children tell me on Sunday mornings. Things about their lives that are important to them (like potty training and new underwear!). It’s an honor to hear about their lives and their hopes...whatever they are.
Also, it’s wonderful to talk with young folks about celebrating Holy Communion for their first time. Why did we have to wait? What does it really mean? Does Jesus love us always? Great, thoughtful questions and wonderful conversation around the answers.
Have I said lately that I love what I do?!
