Another FULL Sunday -
- Simon’s momma turned the big 4-0 today. Happy, Happy Birthday! I am grateful to have you in my life!!
- The reminder that love is a verb - loving is doing.
- Asking the children if you can tell someone loves you by looking at them - and getting a reminder that yes, you can, because they smile, say nice things, do things for you (hence that loving is doing). It made me think of the reminder to smile at children who catch your eye when you are out and about because it helps them see that there is good in the world.
- Finally, an afternoon of learning with this “take home:” FAIL is simply the First Attempt In Learning. In other words, there is not failure, just opportunities to learn. I like that. A lot!
