The word for the day is appreciation.
I appreciate colleagues in ministry who meet weekly to discuss the scripture readings for the upcoming week. Yet it is more than just a study time. It is also a time to share ideas, concerns, challenges, and joys - to learn from one another and encourage one another.
I very much appreciate that I have been fortunate in both calls to have these collegial relationships/friendships. It sure makes a world of difference!
