More learning at the conference/retreat included a passionate reminder that baptism matters. And that when you boil down the message of Jesus, it comes down to love. So when this came through on FaceBook, it seemed the perfect way to sum-up much of the Bishop’s message.

 

Then a reminder why we should really want young people in church: it isn’t because they are the “church of the future,” but because we deeply want all (old AND young) to have a deeper relationship with God and the assurance of the grace and love of Jesus Christ.

To that I say: AMEN!!
