Warning - rant ahead.
What is it with Customer Service these days? Why is it so difficult to get things done in the way you want, when you want? What makes it ok to argue vehemently with the customer, when it is their money you are receiving to provide a service? Is every business filled with folks who really don’t seem to want the work?
Yes, there is another business I am adding to one I would not recommend. However, I am eternally thankful for the ones who do what they say, when they say. And yes, there are still those around!
Rant complete.
Also, today ended with a wonderful dinner with friends. So glad to be able to spend time together, laugh, and lament the changes coming. Thank you for a lovely evening!!
