After many months of planning and dreaming (the initial training began in January for several of us), the first class of Faithful Innovations for three congregations happened today. This first section is about learning to listen more intently - to God, one another, and the community. Listening is so very important. After all, we have much to learn from one another and from God.
During the training, one of the instructors shared this Native American Proverb, and it seems an appropriate reminder to share here:
